Full Written Terms and Conditions.
1.Quotation.
a. A written quotation will be provided free of charge, with no obligation to confirm the works.
b. A quote will be produced based on the works discussed. Additional works may arise during completion, but the customer will be informed before anything outside of the contracted works, begins. Any additional works not on the original quote will be classed as an extra and charged as such. All additional costs will be discussed and reconfirmed with the customer before these works take place.
c. All quotations are subject to change and the dates offered are subject to availability.
d. All quotes are valid for a 4-week period only. Quotes must then be agreed again after this time.
2.Works.
a. Access is required by the customer, as per their agreement with Rosa Property Care. (Regarding access to property, plus hours of access.)
b. Works will be completed as per the time frame agreed. On the rare occasion that additional works are confirmed between the customer and Rosa Property Care, this time will be extended as per the agreement reset.
c. Standard company hours are between 8.30am and 5pm. Work outside of these hours may incur additional costs. Any additional hours will be discussed with the client prior to working.
d. During works, some images may be taken of the progress. These images can be shared with you should you wish. These images will be used within our marketing both on and offline. Should you wish for no images of your work to be shared, please make us aware. (No address details or images of people in and around the property other than those employed by Rosa Property Care will ever be used.)
3.Covid19 Crisis (Ongoing.)
a) Following government guidelines (updated as of 1st June 2020.) the construction industry is actively encouraged to continue.
b) Where possible, lone working and working within empty areas will be prioritized.
c) Additional safety equipment has been purchased to help protect by the customer, suppliers, and staff.
d) Continued high levels of safety and hygiene are always expected by RPC staff. (Including increased levels of hand sanitizing.)
e) RPC continue to monitor government updates and safety advice, plus guidance from industry experts and trade officials and adjust working accordingly.

4.Completion.
a. Rosa Property Care will ensure all areas of work are left set and clean as they were upon our arrival.
b. Post completion, we (Rosa Property Care) may ask you to kindly complete a small online review for us with regards to the works and service.
c. After completion of works, photographs will be taken. These images can be shared with you should you wish. These images will be used within our marketing both on and offline. Should you wish for no images of your work to be shared, please make us aware. (No address details or images of people in and around the property other than those employed by Rosa Property Care will ever be used.)
d. Any left over materials will be safely disposed of by RPC and will not be left with the customer. (Uness previously agreed that the customer will deal with the wastage.)
5.Payment.
a. A minimum 25% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the works and secure the date agreed. (Please see details on individual work quote, subject to material costs. ) Please note, once paid this deposit is non refundable and non-transferrable.
b. Payment terms between the customer and Rosa Property Care are on an individual basis as per the works. Full payment terms can be found on the written quotation. Late payment will incur additional charges as set out in the customers individual payment terms.
c. Payment is to be made by BACs to our account details as follows

d. Final payment is required upon completion. (A final Invoice will be produced.) Late payment will incur daily penalties of 5%.
6. Privacy.
a. Your Privacy is critical to us. We (Rosa Property Care) respect your privacy and comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding your personal information.
b. We (Rosa Property Care) are the data controller of all personal data, we comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Law, and no third party will have any access to your details.
